Project Overview

Master’s Mind Technologies delivered a complete security and access management solution for Sangini Solitaire, one of Surat’s premium residential societies. The project included 60+ CCTV cameras across all three residential towers, the clubhouse, parking areas, and common spaces, along with ANPR-based vehicle access, automatic boom barrier automation, lift access control, and a time attendance system for staff.

For over 7 years, we have continued to support the society through our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), ensuring reliable system performance with regular maintenance and technical support.

The Challenge

The society required a modern security solution that could provide comprehensive surveillance, automate vehicle entry, restrict unauthorized access to residential towers, and simplify staff attendance management—all while ensuring convenience for residents.

CCTV Surveillance Cameras

More than 60 HD CCTV cameras were installed across all three towers, the clubhouse, parking areas, entrances, exits, and common spaces to provide 24/7 surveillance and complete coverage of the society.

Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR)

The ANPR Camera automatically detects and reads vehicle number plates as vehicles approach the society entrance. It quickly identifies authorized vehicles, maintains accurate entry records, and improves security while minimizing manual verification.
